Vivollo

Help desks (Connexease, Gupshup, Grispi)

Already running support through a help desk? Connect it so Vivollo works alongside your existing tools and team.

Plenty of teams already run support through a help desk or messaging hub. Vivollo doesn't ask you to throw that away — it plugs into the tools you have, so the AI and your existing setup work together. Three are supported directly: Connexease, Gupshup, and Grispi.

Connexease

Connexease is a multi-channel inbox, and it's the hub that brings several channels into Vivollo at once — including Instagram DMs and comments, WhatsApp, and more.

Connecting it takes your Connexease username and password. Vivollo signs in, links your account, and you choose which of your Connexease channels to bring in.

What makes Connexease more than a pipe is its two-way sync. From a Vivollo flow, the agent can reach back into Connexease and:

  • Assign a conversation to a specific agent or to a whole group.
  • Archive or unarchive a conversation as it's resolved or reopened.
  • Update custom fields on the conversation or the customer — both plain text values and tag labels — to keep your help desk's records in step.
  • Update customer details like name and email.

That means the AI can do real work in your help desk — triage, tag, route — not just send a message. These are available as Integration actions in the Flow Builder.

When one of your agents replies inside Connexease, that reply flows back into Vivollo so the conversation stays complete and in sync. Everyone sees the same thread, whether they're working in Vivollo or in Connexease.

Gupshup

Gupshup is a WhatsApp Business partner and messaging hub. It's the same provider behind the WhatsApp channel, and you can connect it directly to manage WhatsApp messaging — sends, receives, media, and structured messages.

Connecting it takes your Gupshup API key and app name; Vivollo validates them, links the app, and retrieves your WhatsApp number. As with all messaging channels, rapid customer bursts are gathered into a single reply.

Grispi

Grispi is a ticketing help desk. Connecting it lets Vivollo work in a ticket-based world: conversations can become tickets, and ticket details stay in sync between the two systems, with routing and assignment to your Grispi agents.

Connecting it takes your Grispi tenant ID and an access token from your Grispi account.

Which one do I need?

You don't connect all three — you connect the one(s) you already use:

  • Use Connexease if it's your multi-channel inbox (and you want Instagram and WhatsApp through it).
  • Use Gupshup if you manage WhatsApp through Gupshup directly.
  • Use Grispi if your support runs on Grispi tickets.

And if you don't use any help desk, you don't need one — the web widget and direct WhatsApp and Instagram connections stand on their own.
