Direct messages
Direct messages work like other private conversation channels. The assistant can answer questions, search connected data, understand images, and hand the conversation to your team.

Post comments
The assistant can reply to comments under your posts. It receives the post image and caption as context, so its answer can match the product or campaign being discussed.

Connect Instagram
Instagram connects through Connexease. Set up the Connexease channel and enable the Instagram account there. Direct messages and comments will then appear in Vivollo.
If a teammate replies directly in Instagram, the message is added to the history but does not start an automated flow. This keeps the assistant from replying over a person.
