Organization settings

Set workspace-wide company, language, timezone, and conversation options.

Organization settings apply to the whole workspace.

One language setting covers the panel, the AI and the Insights dimension names.

Main settings

  • Company name: The business name shown across Vivollo.
  • Default language: The workspace language used when a better language signal is not available. See Localization.
  • Timezone: Used for dates, schedules, and reports.
  • Auto-resolution timing: How long an inactive conversation waits before it is marked resolved. The default is about one hour.

Choose a longer auto-resolution time if customers often return after a long pause. Use a shorter time for quick conversations that should leave the active queue sooner.

Assistant instructions, flows, knowledge, and guardrails are configured in their own sections and do not belong to organization settings.
